Stargety LLC ("Stargety", "we", "us", or "our") operates stargety.com and related services. We connect companies with pre-vetted UX design talent. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

We collect information you provide directly when you:

Fill out a contact or inquiry form (name, email, company, message)
Apply to Stargety Academy (name, email, portfolio URL, experience level)
Subscribe to our newsletter (email address)
Download resources such as the UX Hiring Rubric (name, email, role)
Book a discovery call through our scheduling tool

We also collect standard technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source. This data is collected via cookies and analytics tools.

To respond to your inquiries and fulfill service requests
To send you relevant communications about our services (only with your consent)
To send the newsletter you subscribed to
To improve our website and understand how visitors use it

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
